Our Thai Terre Uckfield Restaurant has had a very successful opening and we are experiencing unprecedented demand both in our restaurant and the take away service. With this in mind and to save any disappointment we strongly recommend that you should make any reservations in our Uckfield Restaurant well in advance, as early as 3 weeks in advance if not more, especially if you are looking for reservations for the last weekend of the month or Christmas and national holiday periods.

Same Day Walk-in’s

Whilst we would always try to accommodate our customers walk-ins will always be subject to availability and could be subject to a time delay. Same day bookings & walk-in tables are much more accessible during off-peak periods Tuesdays – Wednesdays – Sundays.

Please note that there may be periods where our personnel are engaged on the line or unavailable during busy lunch / dinner periods. Kindly leave a voice message with your request and we will return your call as soon as we can.

Take Away Service

All our fine Thai dishes are also available for take-away both in our Thai Terre UCKFIELD Restaurant & our Thai Terre EAST DEAN Restaurant.

Select your chosen meal order from the menu and then place a call to the restaurant you wish to collect your order from:

Please note.

>That our takeaway service during peak order times could take up to 1 hour to prepare, occasionally even more but you will be advised of this at the time of ordering.

>Restaurants have the discretion to reject orders at any time and take away services may be suspended temporarily at any time and without notice.

>We do our best to accommodate our customers on a first come, first served basis. We apologise in advance for any wait a customer may experience, however we simply cannot guarantee a table or take way orders at busy times. We always endeavour to inform you of the estimated wait period involved.

Security:

We are committed to providing excellent customer service to all our guests. We will always try to go the extra mile, we have a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY and our staff will not tolerate any forms of unruly behaviour, violence of any description, vandalism or threatening behaviour to any persons. The guest will be ejected without notice and the authorities will be called.

 

We are open Tuesday – Sunday: 12pm – 3pm; 6pm – 11:30pm (closed Mondays).
