Here we are at the start of a brand new year and so many of us choose to make resolutions
for the year that will improve ourselves or our lives in some way. However, do we really need to wait for the arrival of a new year to make these changes and should we be changing at all? On average, resolutions last for 11-14 days before falling by the wayside. This year, rather than setting unrealistic resolutions to dramatically change the person you have been your whole life, why not set goals for the WHOLE year. That way, if you fall off the wagon, there is plenty of time to hop back on.
